Conference Questions
Q: Will there be childcare at the conference?
A: Forward is a conference for students ages 11 and up. Childcare will not be provided.

Q: Can I attend the conference for one day?
A: Individual day passes are not available. The registration price is the same to attend any portion of the conference.

Q: Are seats assigned?
A: All seats are general admission.

Reqistration Questions
Q: What is included in the registration fee?
A: The fee is just for registration. Accommodations, meals and transportation are not included and are to be arranged by the individual or group attending.

Q: Will tickets be mailed to me?
A: You will not receive tickets. Wristbands will be distributed at check-in registration on Thursday, June 25, 2009. The wristband will serve as your admittance pass for each day of the conference. Wristbands must be worn throughout the duration of the conference. Wristbands can not be shared.

Cancellations
Q: If I need to cancel my registration, will I receive a refund?
A: Cancellations made after 3/31/2009 will not be refunded. Cancellations made before 3/31/2009 will receive a 50% refund on balances paid.

Q: How do I request a cancellation or refund?
A: Refund/Cancellations must be submitted via email. Please read the Terms & Conditions located at the bottom of the page. Refunds for hotel accomdations or other event regisrations must be handled through the corresponding company.
